Trong tổng số người mới nhiễm HIV mới bị phát hiện trong năm 2005 có tới 52,7% là TCMT và 2,65 là NBD. Bên cạnh đó, khoảng 95% các trường hợp nhiễm HIV/AIDS được phát hiện nằm trong độ tuổi từ 15 - 49, trong đó nhóm tuổi 20 - 29 hiện chiếm 55% và nhóm vị thành niên (10 - 19) chiếm 8,3%. </font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><o><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></o></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Điều nguy hiểm là dịch HIV/AIDS không chỉ còn khu trú trong các nhóm có hành vi nguy cơ cao mà đã lây lan ra cộng đồng, trong đó nhóm phu nữ mang thai là 0,35% và trong nhóm thanh niên khám tuyển nghĩa vụ quân sự là 0,44%.<o></o></font></font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><o><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></o></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Căn bệnh này đã vượt ra ngoài các khu vực đô thị và lây lan đến khắp các vùng miền trong cả nước. Tính đến cuối năm 2005, tất cả các tỉnh, thành phố trên toàn quốc đều phát hiện ra người nhiễm HIV.<o></o></font></font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><o><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></o></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">Trong khi đó, qua khảo sát về sự hiểu biết của người dân về đường dây lây nhiễm HIV cho thấy vẫn còn nhiều người có sai lầm trong nhận thức: </font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><o><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></o></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">- 32,8% cho rằng người nhiễm HIV nhìn bề ngoài ốm yếu</font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><o><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></o></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">- chỉ có 41,8% số người trả lời đúng là HIV không lây nhiễm do muỗi đốt và không lây khi dùng chung với người đã bị nhiễm HIV.<o></o></font></font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><o><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></o></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">Được biết, trong năm 2007 Việt Nam đặt ra chỉ tiêu sẽ khống chế tỷ lệ nhiễm HIV dưới 0,27%, hạn chế tối đa tốc độ lây lan và giảm thiểu các ảnh hưởng kinh tế xã hội do HIV/AIDS gây ra; 80% người dân thành thị và 50% người dân nông thôn hiểu đúng và biết cách dự phòng lây HIV/AIDS. </font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><o><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></o></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">Để hoàn thành mục tiêu đề ra, Cục phòng chống HIV/AIDS đã đưa ra phương hướng hành động thiết thực như: </font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><o><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></o></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">- Triển khai chương trình giảm tác hại cho người nghiện chích ma túy tại 30 tỉnh và thành phố.</font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><o><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></o></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">- 75% người nhiễm HIV được quản lý và được tiếp cận với các dịch vụ y tế, tư vấn....</font></font><o><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></o></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><o><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></o></p></span></td></tr></tbody></table>Th&shy;eo Dantri)
