on the other side,
almost ALL European countries do one single cheap & accurate ELISA HIV 1&2 test at the same time !
in
almost ALL European cities/towns with population greater than 30 000 - 50 000 citizens have modern good & accurate equipment/machinery for cheap & accurate ELISA HIV 1&2 testing !
also, in a many hospitals/clinics in Europe ELISA HIV 1&2 test is FREE (NO CHARGE = 0.00 EUR = $0.00) !!!

we all know that 3 months is final conclusive for elisa hiv test.
only a very low number (low %), less than 3%
- some doctors and microbiologists say: less than 1.5% !!! -
will seroconvert between 7 weeks and 10 weeks timing point.

PCR test - for one time (1x) low risk exposure - is the real wasting of resources.
more than 99.99% of exposures in the real world are really LOW.
symptoms mean nothing do not surf looking on the net to match symptoms to hiv infection, if you type in ingrown toenail and hiv it will show up as a symptom.
