Bác sĩ HHH nói là (extremely low). Theo tôi hiểu thì HIV có thể lây từ sữa mẹ sang con trong quá trình bú (mà virut trong sữa là ít như trong nước bọt). Hơn nữa nhiều tài liệu nói là HIV có thể chui qua vết thương nhỏ li ti mà mắt thường không nhìn thấy được trong quá<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>trình giao hợp (hic). Như vậy thì trong miệng sẽ có rất nhiều chỗ hở (như lợi, lưỡi, cổ họng..) ít nhiều thì sẽ có một vài chỗ bị xây xát. Điều đó có nghĩa là đủ chỗ cho virut vào (tuy nhiên có thể số lượng virut không đủ lớn để chui vào hoặc có khả năng lây lan). Nhưng tôi nghĩ phaỉ cảnh báo oral sex là rất nguy hiểm.</span>
